Munich: The events in Gewofag are devastating for the merger – Munich

It is a remarkable process: the municipal subsidiary Gewofag commissions a court expert with forensic-linguistic expertise. She wants to find out who could have written the anonymous letters in which massive allegations were made against the managing director Klaus-Michael Dengler. To do this, she has the texts of a number of people examined, including two city councilors from the largest opposition faction. One of them is the second deputy chairman of the supervisory board. So Gewofag has reversed the roles in a bizarre way: They had a member of a committee checked whose job it is to control the company.
