After a two-year break, it’s finally back on September 17th: Ozapft is. For the Wiesn tapping in 2022, the city of Munich is giving away two seats ten times. The winners can then be there from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Ratsboxe in the Schottenhamel tent and will be invited to beer and chicken.
Starting this Wednesday, June 1st, anyone who wants to try their luck can pick up participation cards, fill them out and throw them into the beer keg set up there, exclusively at the city information center in the town hall on Marienplatz. Anyone over the age of 18 with their main place of residence in Munich can take part. The closing date for entries is June 15 at 6 p.m. The city information is open from Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The winners will be drawn at random on June 19 and posted online www.stadtgruendungsfest-muenchen.de released.
