Police have arrested two teenagers for allegedly robbing a man. The 20-year-old had arranged to meet a 17-year-old on a classifieds portal who wanted to buy shoes from the luxury brand Maison Mihara Yasuhiro from him. When the two met near the Stachus on Friday afternoon to transact the deal, a 16-year-old suddenly jumped up from behind the seller and sprayed him with pepper spray. Then she and her companion fled.
The 20-year-old chased the two and was finally able to catch up with the teenager and hold her; the police arrested her. The search for the second perpetrator was initially unsuccessful, but his personal details eventually became known and he was arrested near his apartment. Both are now facing criminal proceedings for robbery.
