In the scheme with the bulky title “General conditions for the use of the bathing facilities (ABB) of Stadtwerke München GmbH (SWM)” However, it was said that “in the wet area” one was only allowed to stay in “suitable swimwear”. “It is up to the staff to decide whether a swimwear meets the requirements.”
Last summer there was criticism of this passage from the Greens/Pink List and SPD/Volt in the city council. The Department of Labor and Economics has now announced that the municipal utilities would revise the pictograms in the SWM bathing rules. “In the future it will be apparent that swimming trunks are a minimum requirement for both men and women to use the swimming pools,” the letter said. In addition, the employees would be trained and made aware of the topic. And the house rules should also be adjusted. In the future it should say: “Staying in the wet area is only permitted in suitable swimwear. The primary genitals must be covered.”
