First “borrow” a moped without permission, flee from the police, cause an accident and then simply leave the passenger behind: the police accuse a still unknown driver of a moped of a whole bar of violations. A civil patrol noticed the two on Thursday evening around 8:50 p.m. on Wiesentfelser Straße in Aubing because they were out and about without helmets.
When they were supposed to be checked, the driver fled. After about 600 meters, the patrol positioned itself in front of the motorcycle, whose driver rammed the police car and escaped on foot without his companion. According to the police, he gave no information about who he was with.
