Munich: Police arrest serial robbers in Glockenbachviertel – Munich

The police managed to solve a number of robbery crimes and arrest the suspected perpetrator. The first crimes took place on November 5th and 6th, both times at night, both times in the Isarvorstadt: The perpetrator spoke to his victims, threatened them with a sharp object and demanded money.

On Wednesday, around 6:30 a.m., there was another incident on Alexander-Miklosy-Weg, also in the Isarvorstadt. A 26-year-old woman from Munich was approached and threatened by a man, so she handed him 60 euros in cash, whereupon he fled. The woman then spoke to a passerby who called the police.

She met a 22-year-old in the Old South Cemetery who could not explain why he was there at that time. Because the victim’s description of the perpetrator matched the man, he was arrested. A disposable syringe was found on him; He is also known to the police from the narcotics scene. The man is now in custody.
