Munich: Police are looking for burglars – Munich

The police are looking for witnesses to solve a burglary and an attempted burglary. The two acts occurred between Monday, 5 p.m. and Tuesday, 7:30 a.m. in Sendling in the area of Hauffstrasse, Albert-Roßhaupter-Strasse, Weilheimer Strasse and Luise-Kiesselbach-Platz.

The break-in took place in a car dealership, into which the perpetrator or perpetrators gained entry by force. There they stole electronic devices, vehicle registration documents and vehicle keys as well as a safe containing several thousand euros in cash. The owner of the car dealership discovered the crime when he came to work on Tuesday morning.

The attempted break-in into a shop was also discovered by the owner on Tuesday morning – he noticed signs of break-in on the front door and then called the police. Apparently the perpetrators did not manage to break into the store, so as things stand, nothing was stolen. Because of the spatial and temporal proximity, the police do not rule out that there is a connection between the two crimes and are asking witnesses to come forward.
