After the fatal stabbing of his 14-year-old girlfriend, the pleadings in the trial against an 18-year-old are to be held on Tuesday before the Munich I Regional Court. The judgment against the young man may also fall at the same time. He had already confessed to having stabbed his girlfriend to death in her sleep when he was 17. The hearing before the youth chamber takes place behind closed doors.
The mother of the 14-year-old, who is taking part in the process as a joint plaintiff, found the girl dead in bed in October last year. Her boyfriend, with whom she had spent the night in her children’s room, had disappeared. The German was arrested without resistance around 24 hours after the crime after two friends discovered him at an S-Bahn station.
According to earlier information from the public prosecutor’s office, there were indications of psychological abnormalities in the accused, but these were not further elaborated.
