At first they had only thought of a plaque. “We would have been happy with that,” says Israeli Miki Dror, while her brother Ofer Katzenstein nods. They are two of Arie Katzenstein’s three children. The engineer was killed on February 10, 1970 in a Palestinian terrorist attack at what was then Munich-Riem Airport. Another nine people were injured, some seriously. Despite this, the general public is hardly aware of the attack today.
