Two police officers witnessed a drug deal last Thursday afternoon in the Old Botanical Garden: two young men, one 23 and one 16 years old, sold a small amount of hashish to a 22-year-old. The police arrested the three. They found several hundred euros in cash from the two sellers, and they also discovered a depot nearby in which another 30 grams of hashish were stashed.
The 23-year-old and the 16-year-old are now being investigated for illegal trafficking in narcotics. They were brought before an investigating judge who issued arrest warrants. So both are now in custody.
The 22-year-old buyer – he lives in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen district – is being investigated for illegal acquisition; he has since been released.
