Students from the Technical University can now let off steam on the grounds of the 1972 summer games. The architecture of the 168.5 million euro facility is so transparent that you can literally look at the fingers of the researchers.
It almost seems staged, as the young athletes indulge in a wide variety of activities in the halls. Basketball, bouldering, dancing, even spikeball: while people in elegant evening wear are celebrating the opening of the new sports campus of the Technical University (TU) in the aisles, the students are creating an almost Olympic atmosphere around it. Of course, nothing is set here. For the young men and women, it’s a normal Monday on their campus in the Olympic Park. They are rather embarrassed when people in suits stroll by and watch them play sports.
