At least there is a bit of peace under the trees at the Wolfsbrunnen. There, the old town local politicians have declared one half of the street Am Kosttor a summer street and equipped it with planters and chairs for strollers. Right next door, however, one car after the other is pushing out of Neuturmstrasse, as if the drivers were fleeing from the major construction site a hundred meters to the south. Construction machinery hums, sloppily parked cars narrow the roadway, truck drivers complain about cyclists who push ahead – big city hustle and bustle in the Graggenau quarter south of Maximilianstrasse. It’s not really nice here.
