A man was just saved from drowning on Sunday afternoon. According to the fire brigade, passers-by and water rescue workers observed around 11:40 a.m. how a person went under in the lake and sounded the alarm. The emergency services took a boat to the scene of the accident, where divers were able to bring the submerged unconscious man to the surface of the water and then bring him back to shore.
The 43-year-old was revived and taken to a Munich clinic for further treatment. It is unclear why he had problems swimming and went under.
