A 47-year-old Munich man pulled out a gun in an optician’s shop when, according to police, there were “problems with the purchase process.” The man walked into a shop on Schwanthalerhöhe on Tuesday and wanted to buy sunglasses. As he sat down, an air pistol fell out of his pocket. He quickly put it back in his pocket, but an employee noticed and secretly called the police.
When the apparently mentally ill man wanted to pay, his card failed. He then pulled out the pistol. But before anything could happen, the police were there and arrested him.
