When Lorenz Teutsch answers the phone, the person at the other end often hangs up immediately. Sometimes he hears excited giggling before the tut-tut-tut. Or panicked children’s voices that he doesn’t understand. But sometimes it stays quiet except for a few sobs – and the person on the line. “It’s not a problem if you don’t want to say anything at first,” says Lorenz then.
