It is not yet known what will be shown in the Volkstheater from autumn. At the beginning of September, artistic director Christian Stückl presented his program for the second season in the new building on Tumblingerstrasse. At the moment everything is on break in the Volkstheater, after the exhausting 2021/22 season it is probably necessary. Stückl not only opened the theater in October, he also directs the Passion Play in Oberammergau. Nevertheless, during the conversation in the beautiful courtyard of the Volkstheater, the director does not appear to be without energy. He probably doesn’t have that either.
