Tilman Schaich had been surprised that nothing had progressed with the renovation and renovation work in the house at Thalkirchner Strasse 80 for a long time. “I always thought: something must go wrong with the investor,” he says. But when someone called him in September and told him about the bankruptcy of the company that owns the house, “I thought: Oh, I didn’t expect that”.
