The Munich Greens are vehemently opposed to the asylum compromise negotiated by the federal government. As the largest district association of their party in Germany, they are calling on their own cabinet members in Berlin not to agree to the current negotiation result of the EU interior ministers. This leads “to a massive tightening of asylum policy, the suffering of the refugees at the European external borders will not end, but will be expanded”. This is what it says in an emergency motion for the next city party conference of the Greens on July 3 in Munich, which the SZ has received.
