A resident noticed a burning car on Lerchenauer Strasse around 4:25 a.m. on Thursday. He had been woken up by noises and saw two young people standing around the burning car and finally running towards the pheasantry. The man called the fire department, who quickly put out the fire. The police suspect that he was laid on purpose and searched for the youths. However, they could no longer be found. Damage to the car, an Opel Corsa, amounted to several thousand euros. The police are asking witnesses who observed something in the Lerchenauer Straße/Fasaneriesee area at the time of the crime to report.
