Munich: Federal police chase runaway dogs at the train station – Munich

“Tine” and “Aurora”, two Malinois bitches, kept federal police officers on their toes. She spotted a patrol on Monday evening at the goods station in Laim – obviously the two were traveling unaccompanied. Since the strays wore light collars, nobody was around and there was no missing person report, the police assumed that both had just escaped while walking the dog.

As soon as officers approached to capture them, they fled. Finally, after a long chase, an animal was caught. After the owners had reported to the officials in the meantime, it was possible to capture the second one. According to the sports watch of an official, the action lasted exactly 1:07 hours and covered 4.45 kilometers. “Sport performance for this month fulfilled…”, the federal police commented on the animal use.
