The whole of Munich has been under the spell of flower power over the past few months. The reason: The exhibition “Flowers Forever” in the Kunsthalle Munich, which ends on August 27th. What is a bit missing from the colorful and instructive show is the living things that normally move between the flowers instead of the spectators: insects, bees, butterflies, beetles. The fact that the latter in particular are extremely artistic creatures with a high visual value is currently shown by an exhibition in the Museum of Man and Nature, which is therefore recommended in addition to Flower Power. “Very close – small beetles really big” is her name.
