The Munich police arrested eleven people between the ages of 16 and 63 in a raid last Thursday on suspicion of possessing child pornography material and having in some cases also distributed it. During the search campaign in the city and in the district of Munich, the officials also secured mobile phones, computers and electronic storage systems, which are now being evaluated. The suspects have since been released. According to the first findings of the responsible police department 17 , there are no connections between the crimes or relevant connections between the suspects. The information about the eleven people came from the USA, where the operators of Internet platforms have to report suspected cases to the authorities.
