A 32-year-old suffered a stab wound to the neck on Saturday evening after a dispute in Untersendling. In an immediate search, the police were able to arrest a 35-year-old suspect. He is now in custody. Police are investigating an attempted homicide with a sharp object. The victim, who was taken to a hospital, is currently no longer in danger.
Both men knew each other and had already been conspicuous for various crimes, including assault, a police spokesman said. What led to the argument on the sidewalk is still unclear. So far, it has not been possible to speak to the injured person in detail.
