A prime piece of land at a price of 100 million euros: the city of Munich has the opportunity to buy the previous headquarters of the Rischart bakery at Buttermelcherstraße 16 in the Isarvorstadt and create around 100 affordable apartments there. This emerges from a non-public draft resolution that is available to the SZ. The municipal department has already submitted a purchase offer, but with the proviso that the city council agrees. The owners of the property, Gerhard Müller and his son Magnus Müller-Rischart, have promised not to negotiate with other interested parties until the city council has made a decision.
