Munich Central Station: Dispute escalates – seller attacked with hot tea – Munich

A 41-year-old woman from San Diego will probably remember Munich as the location of her most expensive cup of tea: on Monday morning around 8:30 a.m. she got into an argument with a 28-year-old salesman on the mezzanine floor of the main train station – the cause is unknown.

The argument made the woman so angry that she threw the hot tea she had just received into her face. The man suffered redness on his face as a result, but did not require medical attention.

The federal police took the woman to the station. There, the representative of the public prosecutor’s office ordered a security deposit of 750 euros to secure the criminal proceedings for dangerous bodily harm. The woman was then able to leave the station.
