A drunk petty criminal caused a large-scale police operation on Thursday. She was alerted at around 11:30 p.m. because of a robbery at the Olympiazentrum underground station. The person who was allegedly attacked said he had a stabbing weapon, the communicator reported. Then 20 patrol cars rushed to the Olympic Village, where the police met two slightly injured, 23 and 26 years old. The men, who were actually friends, got into a violent argument for an unknown reason, with the younger one suffering a laceration under the eye. He then told a passer-by the robber’s gun, causing a commotion. As it turned out, he was drunk with 1.5 per mille. Both men are already known to the police because of minor crimes, they were each reported for bodily harm.
