Munich: 15-year-old after robbery in Mittersendling in custody – Munich

A 15-year-old is currently in custody because he and his 13-year-old brother are said to have beaten and robbed a 16-year-old on a football field in Mittersendling two weeks ago. Although the two failed to steal their victim’s jacket, they took his necklace with them, police said.

Commissariat 23, which is responsible for violent crimes typical of young people, quickly identified the alleged perpetrators – it is said not to have been their first crime. The 15-year-old was arrested this week, and the investigating judge ordered him to be held in custody because of the risk of recurrence. His brother, who is not of legal age, remains at large.
