“Mr. Chas and Lisa Sue Meet the Pandas” by Fran Lebowitz – Kultur

Any age recommendation for this book is purely arbitrary and does not come from the author Fran Lebowitz. When the American original came out in 1994, she only announced that she had no idea who exactly she wrote this little novel for. But she suspected that children’s books might be a good idea because better children’s libraries might have an impact on the future need for prison libraries. This is perhaps over-optimism. But “Mr. Chas and Lisa Sue Meet the Pandas” is definitely a good school for subtle humor, and it helps in all walks of life.
