Mozart’s Requiem – District of Munich

The Oberhaching Chamber Choir and Chamber Orchestra will be giving a concert with the high school choir this Sunday, April 3rd, in St. Bartholomäus. The program includes a classical work that is as famous as it is touching: Mozart’s Requiem in D minor. He died while he was working on it on December 5, 1791, and it was completed by his students Joseph Eybler and Franz Xaver Süssmayr. The soloists in Oberhaching are Heidi Baumgartner (soprano), Laura Mayer (alto), Jakob Kleinschrot (tenor) and Jakob Schad (bass). There are also donation options for the victims of the Ukraine war. Tickets are available from “Ziegler stationery” and at the box office. The concert begins at 6 p.m.
