Emergency at home: The oven is not working. But the stomach wants moussaka, the Greek eggplant casserole with minced meat, the ingredients are already ready. A solution has to be found. Gas grill? Go to the neighbor’s? No, much simpler: a pan. Sacrilegious! I can already hear the Greeks shouting. Better than giving up moussaka, I reply.
