A motorcyclist was injured in an accident on the state road through the Ebersberg forest. The 58-year-old Ebersberger was about two kilometers behind Forstinning on Wednesday evening when he wanted to overtake a car and a truck. When he was level with the car, it suddenly swerved to the left and pushed the motorcyclist off the road. As a result, the 58-year-old fell into the ditch, the driver just drove on.
The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries in the accident and had to be taken to the hospital. His motorcycle was a total loss of around 5,000 euros. The truck driver stopped immediately after the accident and was able to remember the license plate number of the car. As a result, the officials were able to quickly identify the driver, a 64-year-old Ebersberger.
