And on the last lap, Kaito Toba set the fastest time of 1:46.858 minutes. The Japanese is 0.064 seconds faster than Scott Ogden. Matteo Bertelle and Xavier Artigas also move into Q2.

Tatsuki Suzuki is sixth and has already finished work. A big race to catch up awaits the Japanese tomorrow. Finally, Syarifuddin Azman crashes in Turn 6 with a highside. He replaces the injured Alberto Surra on the Snipers team.

Moto2 FT3: Checkered Flag

Practice comes to an end and Jake Dixon stays ahead with 1:41.556 minutes. We have a British double lead because Sam Lowes is second.

Barry Baltus sets the scene with the third best time. And Marcel Schrötter is in fourth place in the top field. Pedro Acosta completes the top 5.

The time intervals are extremely tight. Lorenzo Dalla Porta is 14th, just 0.367 seconds behind.

Moto2 FT3: Yellow flags

Veteran Corsi crashes in turn 5 and causes yellow flags. Therefore, Acosta a strong lap time is deleted.

Jorge Navarro slips at Turn 2. He and his Kalex crash into the Airfance but Navarro is okay.

Schrötter also drives onto the track for the last five minutes.

Suddenly it’s dead quiet because everyone in the pits is preparing for the final time hunt.

Currently in Q2 are: Lowes, Dixon, Schrötter, Acosta, Ogura, Aldeguer, Arbolino, Fernandez, Canet, Chantra, Vietti, Arenas, Roberts and Bendsneyder.

Moto2 FT3: Vietti vs. Dalla Porta

Vietti feels stopped and hampered by Dalla Porta, which the championship leader shows with clear hand signals and gestures. He shouldn’t overdo it, because the race organizers don’t like it when people scold too much.
