Withdrawn from his television post since this relapse, the 43-year-old man suffers from synovialosarcoma, a malignant tumor present in the knee joints. Matthieu Lartot opted for amputation, for “a question of survival”, and he first had to go through a phase of chemotherapy, which “worked”.

After a month of clinic and rehabilitation center, Matthieu Lartot will be able to find his family and his home on Saturday.
