Monaco signed a very good performance, going to win at Panathinaikos Athens (91-83), Tuesday during the 24th day of the Euroleague regular season. Thanks to this victory, the Monegasques come back up to Bayern Munich, eighth in the standings and virtually last qualified for the Top 8.
After a difficult start to the match, Monaco was able to react and was in the lead at the break (49-42). But the Principality team then squandered their lead, missing several offensive rebounds and angering Sasa Obradovic, their coach. The “Roca Team” finally woke up. In the last quarter, thanks to Mike James and Paris Lee, Monaco slammed a 13-0 (80-68, 36th) which put the Greek club at bay.
