“The situation is currently unclear,” said the Ratzeburg district administration. “Parents of affected students are asked not to make their way to school in order to keep paths clear for emergency vehicles. The city of Mölln has set up a meeting point for parents in the town hall.” A telephone hotline was also set up. The emergency services went on standby after the alarm.

Around 1,000 trainees from a wide range of professions attend the vocational training center in the city of 20,000 residents.
