Miss France 2023. Marion Navarro, Miss Franche-Comté, elected second runner-up, not bad!

The Francs-Comtois believed in it to the end! Except for two hairs… Marion Navarro, 19, from Baume-les-Dames in the Doubs, had a very good run this Saturday evening on TF1 during the Miss France election which crowned the Guadeloupean Indira Ampiot. Miss Franche-Comté, a second-year Bachelor Fashion Business student, rose to third place in the beauty contest, winning the second runner-up sash.

“When I have a goal in mind…”

The French discovered the angel-faced Miss Franche-Comté in the first minutes of the show. She then marched in a painting inspired by Rocketman, the autobiographical film retracing the career of Elton John, in very disco bell bottom pants. During the regional costume parade, it was compared to overalls on Twitter!

Marion Navarro has not only burst the screen. During her presentation speech for the selection of the 15 semi-finalists, the young woman, who practiced classical dance at a high level, amazed the viewers and the jury, according to the various acquiescences. “I’m going to let you in on a secret. After 19 years of preparation, what an honor to introduce myself to you. When I have a goal in mind, I don’t let go,” she said into the microphone with disconcerting aplomb.

When she was called in the final quinté in a purple princess dress, the Franc-Comtoise had to answer a question on feminism… but her brushes got a little tangled, making her speech difficult to understand. What will have penalized her? “I’m proud to be a woman,” she finally conceded.

After spending a month away from his family and his region, between Paris, Guadeloupe and ChâteaurouxMarion Navarro will now find her land with her beautiful scarf, which can only warm her heart…
