Mike Krüger says goodbye to the stage and the TV. In an interview he has now announced: “I’m retiring from shows!”

Mike Krüger (69) has in an interview with the “Bild” newspaper announced his departure from show business: “I’m going into show retirement! It was all a great thing. But now it’s time to pay my wife back a little bit of time.” The couple will celebrate their 46th wedding anniversary on December 12th, and Krüger will be 70 on December 14th.

But retirement cannot be “without irony”, says Krüger. That’s why he’s now sticking his nose into something new. “I’m making my own YouTube channel with my good buddy Slizzy Bob, one format is ‘7 days, one head’.” However, a good friend could lure him back to TV for an appearance: “If Supernose Thommy repeats ‘Wetten, dass ..?’ and needs an excavator driver, then I’ll bring my song ‘Bodo mit dem Bagger’ over. ” Thomas Gottschalk (71), who has just celebrated a successful comeback with his Saturday evening show, and Mike Krüger stood together in front of the camera for the comedy “Die Supernasen” (1983).
