Michelin Guide 2024: 52 restaurants earn their first star, two chefs obtain three…

The Michelin guide unveiled its 2024 vintage on Monday, which testifies, according to its boss, to “France’s culinary dynamism on the world stage”.

Two chefs were awarded the most prestigious recognition, the 3 stars: they are Jérôme Banctel, from the restaurant “Le Gabriel – La Réserve”, in Paris, who was cited among the favorites for this award, and Fabien Ferré, from “La Table du Castellet”, in Castellet (Var). The number of triple-starred restaurants in France is thus increased to 30, after the demotion of the restaurant La Bouitte in Savoie, of chefs René and Maxime Meilleur.
