When Michael Sommer, creator of 504 episodes of “Sommer’s World Literature to Go”, implemented his major year-long project to “verplaymobilize” the Bible in 2021, it was clear to him: “Now I will devote myself only to women’s literature for a year !” The reason? “I shot 66 episodes about the Bible, based on Luther’s 66 books. After that, it was clear to me: I have to do something to counteract so much misogyny and violence against women!”
