If you look at Michael Schumacher’s life before his accident, you quickly get the impression that he was always on the hunt for adrenaline. Almost every hobby that the multiple Formula 1 world champion pursued had to do with speed. Even on the racetrack, the rigid paddock of the world’s most famous racing series was too boring for him – and he sought the purist racing experience from the old days. He found her on the motorcycle. At times, “Schumi” even tried his hand at racing in the International German Motorcycle Championship (IDM).
But he revealed in various interviews that none of this had anything to do with an insatiable hunt for the next kick. Above all, Michael Schumacher wanted to have fun
In another interview, he confirmed his belief in fate and assured that it was never about adrenaline, but above all about fun. It was said that he found the kick, if he was looking for it, especially through skydiving.
