Mark Zuckerberg now has legs. That’s the most obvious realization after trying to convince the world at the Meta Connect conference that the future is in the Metaverse. Of course, virtual legs aren’t the most important news, but they’re a good starting point for understanding what all this is about with this metaverse: why is Zuckerberg basing his company’s fate on a vision that comes across as comic-book-style and has seasoned managers raving about it brings, just because a torso learns to walk?
