Messi the winner? Ballon d’Or boss defends himself: “Lots of bullshit”
It was recently reported that Messi was already the winner of the Ballon d’Or. The France Football boss now rejects the allegations.
The rumors about the alleged victory of Leo Messi in the Ballon d’Or election this year have recently increased so much that they are now France football-Editor-in-chief Pascal Ferre feels compelled to reject all speculations in the strongest possible way.
“That’s a lot of bullshit we’ve seen in the last ten days. A big bluff,” said Ferre. The trigger was, among other things, a report by the Portuguese TV station RTP.
