Italian MPs voted on Tuesday to vote in favor of the new government of far-right Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
The vote, which will be followed by a similar procedure in the Senate on Wednesday, was purely procedural, with Giorgia Meloni having a comfortable majority in the Chamber of Deputies thanks to Silvio Berlusconi’s Forza Italia and the far-right League by Matteo Salvini.
