Sometimes love hurts, Machine Gun Kelly took that seriously and gave his beloved Megan Fox a ring with thorns for her engagement.

Machine Gun Kelly and actress Megan Fox recently announced their engagement. In a video on Instagram, Fox shared this special moment with her followers, and now new and unusual details about the engagement ring are coming to light.

Last year, Machine Gun asked Kelly if the actress wanted to be his wife and spend the rest of his life with him. She said yes, which can be seen in an adorable video on Instagram. Everything looks like great love and pure romance until you read in the description of the picture that they drank each other’s blood to end this special moment.

After that, who is surprised that the engagement ring would also turn out to be very special. In an interview with “Vogue”, the rapper reveals exactly what he thought about the ring, because he designed it himself together with jewelry designer Stephen Webster.

These are the special features of Megan Fox’s engagement ring

The ring is actually not one ring, it’s two. Two rings held together by a strong magnet. Each has a very special stone, the couple’s birthstone. Megan Fox’s is the green emerald and the diamond is the 31-year-old’s. Together the two rings form a heart, but the ring has one more hidden and rather whimsical detail. The underside has small spikes that are not meant to interfere with wear but will hurt Megan if she tries to take the ring off. The interviewer confirms this, saying that taking off the ring could well spill blood: “Love is pain,” replies Machine Gun Kelly.

Really creative this design, but it could mean a painful future for Megan Fox, whose job as an actress is to play other characters and dress accordingly. It will be interesting to see what kind of bizarre design the couple will come up with for their wedding rings.
