The 29-year-old used to eat up to 4,000 calories a day, moved little and worked a lot. On a vacation with friends in 2021, just walking was difficult for him. Bishoi realized he had to lose weight.

Two years later, the Canadian weighs 75 kilograms. How did Bishoi manage that?

He follows a training regimen of two 45-minute workouts each day – a morning run and an evening workout. One of them has to be outside. In addition, he does not drink alcohol or allow himself unhealthy food. The program runs for 75 days. After that, Bishoi just kept going. With success!

And the 29-year-old can no longer think of quitting.
