From the queen of art cinema to new cases of a cult snooper: what’s worth streaming in the near future.

Whether under the same roof with the K-pop star or with his child full of worries – some Streaming tips for the near future:

There’s music in it: Flora (Eve Hewson) is a single mother and at her wits’ end. She doesn’t know how to cope with her rebellious teenage son Max (Orén Kinlan). When the police advise her to find a hobby for Max, Flora tries to keep him busy with a battered acoustic guitar. With the support of a failed LA musician (Joseph Gordon-Levitt), Flora and Max discover how much music can change your life. The feature film “Flora and Son” is now available on AppleTV+. It comes from musician and screenwriter John Carney and accompanies mother and child on their way to a new harmony.

Blonde Goddess: She was mute, blind, amputee, murderer, mother and vampire in her films. Catherine Deneuve is the grande dame of French film, an icon of auteur cinema of the 1960s and 1970s as well as a guarantee of screen hits. She is now 80 years old (October 22). And the Arte media library celebrates this with selected films. In “The Jewel” (2010) by François Ozon, Gérard Depardieu and Fabrice Luchini play alongside her. Also in the media library are the documentary “Catherine Deneuve – A Life on the Screen”, the popular success “Life in the Castle” (1965), “Madame Recommends Herself” (2013), “Eselshaut” (1970) and “Ekel” (1965 ).

Father, daughter, murderer: Harry Bosch is back: the retired homicide detective is starting the next chapter of his career as a private detective. Meanwhile, attorney Honey “Money” Chandler struggles to maintain her faith in the justice system after surviving a murder attempt. And Maddie Bosch looks for the opportunities and challenges of being a new patrol officer on the streets of Los Angeles. In the second season of “Bosch: Legacy,” the detective and the lawyer work together to find a murderer who may find them first. Maddie Bosch’s career is at stake after she is kidnapped by a masked attacker. Season two has been running on Amazon Freevee since October 20th.

My Life with the Star: Netflix has a wide selection to offer fans of South Korean romantic comedies. The series “Doona!” is new. What it’s about: Student Lee Won-jun (Yang Se-jong) moves into a dorm and meets a beautiful and at the same time strangely familiar-looking roommate. However, the two don’t get off to a good start. Won-jun soon realizes that, in addition to the usual challenges of studying and life, he has to overcome a unique dilemma: living in a shared apartment with a good-looking, former K-pop star. Musician Lee Doo-na is played by pop singer Bae Suzy, once a member of a Korean girl group in real life. The series has been running on Netflix since October 20th.
