Signed by the double starred chef David Toutain in collaboration with ten Parisian players and first team nutritionist Juan José Morillas, the book contains 70 detailed recipes, seven by players, as easy to cook as they are balanced.

“When the club asked me to collaborate on this book, I saw it as an opportunity to present and strengthen our work in cooking and its nutritional aspect,” explains Juan José Morillas. “With its approach which revolves around balance, this book is for me a challenge,” says David Toutain.

Aimed at football enthusiasts, foodies or even parents who wish to motivate their children to eat better, this 189-page book allows supporters and cooking enthusiasts to enter the world of Parisian players and access the culinary excellence embodied by the double-starred chef. “Beyond the sporting and football player side, there will always be something to learn from a recipe in this book,” he believes: tips, relevance, but also the international cuisine side. It was stimulating to carry out research on the product, on the emblematic dish of a region or a country, while transforming it just a little bit. »
