Suicide by poisoning: Authorities have revealed the cause of death of late child star Matthew Mindler.

The cause of death of the former child star Matthew Mindler has now been officially determined: It was suicide by self-inflicted poisoning. The previous investigations are thus ended, two months after Mindler’s death. This was announced by the competent authority in Lancaster County according to the “TMZ” portal. A corresponding poison was found in his body through a toxicological examination.

A few weeks ago, the authorities confirmed the fact that Mindler would have committed suicide at the age of 19, but without specifying the exact circumstances. His mother also spoke openly of suicide in interviews and announced that her son had learned about deadly poisons on the Internet.

Mindler was found dead on August 28, three days after his disappearance. His university confirmed the death report in a post on the university’s official Twitter account: “It is with great sadness in my heart that I have to announce the death of 19-year-old Matthew Mindler (…), a freshman student at Millersville University.”
