French actor Mathieu Kassovitz is in a “worrying” state of health after a motorcycle accident at the Linas-Monthléry autodrome (Essonne) on Sunday, we learned from the Essonne prefecture. He was transported to the Kremlin-Bicêtre hospital (Val-de-Marne), added this same source, confirming information from BFM-TV. The 56-year-old actor was doing a motorcycle course on the autodrome racing circuit, a police source told AFP.
Mathieu Kassovitz is notably the director of “La Haine” (1995) and the actor of dozens of films (“A very discreet hero” by Jacques Audiard, “Amen” by Costa-Gavras…), as well as the series of espionage “The office of legends” by Eric Rochant. He is currently showing “Visions”, a thriller by Yann Gozlan, with Diane Kruger, which is released in theaters on Wednesday.
