The times when a post on platform X was limited to 140 characters in length are much longer ago than the times when X was still called Twitter. It’s hard to imagine today that Gregor Gysi was ever content with this restriction; the man actually always communicated so often, so quickly, so bluntly and, above all, for as long as he wanted. On Tuesday evening, for example, with Markus Lanz, who had invited him and three other guests to essentially debrief a tweet that Gysi had sent on March 11th. And it read like this – in 488 characters length:
